We aim to teach, train, and equip students among secondary school students (senior secondary prefects) in both public and private schools within Plateau State, Nigeria with the requisite leadership skills that will position them favorably to provide the needed leadership and impact in all spheres of human endeavors. The donations will be used to fund training materials, refreshments, training space, Sound, logistics, and program publicity.Â

The maxim ‘Everything rise and falls with leadership’ is commonly used to describe the importance of leadership in every setting. With the advancement in every sphere of human endeavor, it has become even more complex to lead in a dynamic society. There is a need to expose young people especially those in rural settings to the requisite modern leadership skills and knowledge in order for them to come up to speed and engage in best practices. This has necessitated us to birth a process that will incubate and raise leaders to lunch into different sectors of society having the right values and mindset. It is in this light that we come together to lunch the secondary school leadership and capacity building Bootcamp.
